發表SCI收錄論文50余篇,其中第一作者SCI論文20余篇及多篇通訊作者論文,包括國際著名期刊美國科學院院刊PNAS 1篇,Combust FlameProc Combust InstInt J Heat Mass Tran等國際燃燒、火災及能源領域權威/高影響期刊19篇;應國際著名出版社Springer邀請出版英文專著1部,并被國際氫能源學會專刊報道;應邀在國際流體力學頂尖期刊《流體力學年鑒上》合作撰寫論文1篇。發現藍色火旋風(Blue whirl)的研究以第一作者和通訊作者發表在PNAS上,先后被美國工程院、美國物理學會、美國自然基金、國際燃燒學會、美國科學人、經濟學人等數十家國際權威機構和知名媒體報道,其本人接受了《紐約時報》和《自然歷史雜志》等國際知名媒體專訪;該論文被世界主流科技媒體Phys.org評為2016年度世界最具影響力的20篇科技論文之一,并被中國日報、搜狐網等轉載報道。
